Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted BUT please contact me first, within 14 days of delivery at margaretbourneco@gmail.com.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery or refund will not be issued.

Due to the one of a kind nature we cannot accept exchanges as potential exchanged item may sell while a product is in transit back to us.

Unfortunately we cannot cancel an item after it’s been ordered, but after you have received your item please feel free to contact us in regards to a refund if you need one and we can make arrangements from there.

Conditions of return

◦Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

◦Refunds will not be issued until item is returned and received.

◦If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
